Chicken Soup

Chicken Soup

1 small Onion copped or Leek sliced

2 carrots sliced

3 celery stalks sliced

2 –3 garlic cloves minced

8 cups chicken broth

6 oz med egg noodles (or whatever you want)

Chicken (cooked throw in at the end)

Parsley (Italian)

Freshly ground pepper

Pinch of pepper flakes

Sauté in oil onions, carrot and celery

Add minced garlic cook a little

Add broth, bring to a boil

Simmer for 10 minutes

Add noodles, parsley, pepper flakes

Simmer 5-7 minutes

Then chicken

Chick chick chickeeee

Don’t worry Delight, you are just an egg layer!
